Day 1 and 2: Médoc
Visit the land of the Medoc wine peninsula between the Gironde estuary and coastal ocean .
You will be greeted in a beautiful area in the heart of the vineyards of Medoc red . You will be hosted in room and breakfast in a comfortable , abundant environmental quality benefits: spacious rooms , saltwater pool , table d'hôte combining tradition and contemporary cuisine. Depending on the season , theme nights are organized poolside pool house or terrace ( Spanish plancha grill ) .

The next day, you'll stay in two wine property , one in morning and one in the afternoon : a Cru Bourgeois Moulis and Grand Cru Classé Pauillac.
Program , visits to caves and cellars , wine tasting production , visit the Museum ( in the old cellars of the castle) and projection of film about Art and Crafts of Vine and Wine :
This permanent exhibition offers visitors a complete inventory of the vine to the wine tasting , through the work of the vineyard, cellar and wine tasting . Day 3 and 4: Jurisdiction of Saint -Emilion
After a good breakfast in the area , you will go to the medieval town of Saint -Emilion and its prestigious vineyards , both World Heritage of UNESCO.
Take time to stroll through the streets of the city and stop at one of the many restaurants .
In the afternoon , visit a castle producer jurisdiction of Saint -Emilion Grand Cru organic wine developed through the guidance and expertise of Stéphane Derenoncourt

Historical presentation of the property and the general Saint-Emilion , ranked wines.
Evocation of the topography of the vineyard , nature of soil, grape varieties , the vegetative cycle and work in the vineyard
Introduction to vinification and aging wine
Tasting of several vintages .
In the late afternoon , welcome to the Castle Mole , 18th century where you will also stay overnight . Owners will share the charm of this guest house , located in the castle and invite you to discover the allure of their land and enjoy their wine.

To conclude your stay, the last day , you will be greeted by late morning in Saint -Emilion for an introductory course in oenology and tasting led by a professional oenologist
